Operation Night Strikers adds Operation Thunder Bolt & Space Gun
Taito has opened the Steam wishlist page for Operation Night Strikers, planned for release this year for Windows and Nintendo Switch. The 80's arcade hits compilation, developed by by M2 Co.,LTD, will support save states for resumed play.

Rail shooter Operation Wolf arrived in arcades in July of 1987. Special Forces Operative Roy Adams must infiltrate enemy territory to rescue hostages, armed with a machine gun and rocket-propelled grenades. Science fiction shoot-em-up Night Striker followed in October of 1989. Players pilot a combat hovercraft, shooting down armed terrorists in a futuristic metropolis.

Pony Canyon published original and arranged music from Night Striker in 1993. All music is composed by Masahiko Takaki and arranged by Hisayoshi Ogura of Zuntata.


Taito's science fiction first-person shooter Space Gun debuted in arcades in October of 1990. Set in the year 2039 aboard an imperiled space cargo ship, the rail shooter places the player in the role of a space marine tasked with gunning down hostile alien creatures and rescuing captured crew members

Composed by Norihiro Furukawa, credited as "Wiz Master Akd," with sound design by Naoto Yagishita, music from Space Gun appeared on compact disc release "TAITO Digital Sound Archives -Arcade- Vol.1." Night Striker Arcade Soundtracks and Space Gun Original Soundtrack are streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited.
