Metal Gear Solid double vinyl soundtrack reprinted

Mondo in Austin has reprinted the Metal Gear Solid double vinyl soundtrack album. The eco vinyl release contains 20 music tracks from Konami’s 1998 PlayStation title, designed by Hideo Kojima. The album also ships from distributors Fangamer in Tucson and Black Screen Records in Europe.

Cover art for the vinyl release is by Randy Ortiz. Music is composed and arranged by KCE Japan's Sound Team members Kazuki Muraoka and Maki Kirioka. Metal Gear Solid's main theme can be previewed on PixelCrib's SoundCloud channel. End title song "The Best Is Yet to Come" is composed and arranged by Rika Muranaka.

The stealth espionage action game is part of Konami's "Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1" compilation for Windows and consoles. Windows ports of Metal Gear, Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance are available through GOG.com, as part of the distributor's showcase of classic Konami titles.
