Square Enix has published Piano Collections Final Fantasy XV: Moonlit Melodies through Spotify and Apple Music. The album includes ten piano renditions, arranging music composed by Kingdom Hearts series composer Yoko Shimomura.

Excerpts of Takaya Sano's performance of "Serenade Fantastique" and Duke of Pianeet's performance of Luna's theme can be viewed on YouTube. Hiroyuki Nakayama performs "Stand Your Ground" and "Apocalypsis Noctis," while Yukari Arai plays "Sorrow Without Solace" and "Veiled in Black." The album is arranged by Sachiko Miyano and Natsumi Kameoka.

The compact disc edition of the Moonlit Melodies arrangement album ships from through the Square Enix store for North America. Final Fantasy XV is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows through Steam.
