Sega Music publishes the Blazer Drive Nintendo DS soundtrack
Sega's Nintendo DS role-playing game Blazer Drive launched in December of 2008, exclusively in Japan. Developed alongside the manga by Seishi Kishimoto, the story is set in the fictional location of the near-future Tokyo XII District, where Blazers wield Mystickers manufactured by the Next corporation.

Only special individuals, including protagonists Shirou and Tamaki, have the potential to control the elemental forces powering this experimental eco-city. They engage in combat on the side of Guardians maintaining order, battling the self-serving machinations of the rogue Norabure Blazers.

Sega's record label Wave Master pressed Blazer Drive Original Soundtrack on compact disc in 2009. Instrumental electronic music was composed by Sega Sound Team member Tomonori Sawada, with additional music contributed by NiGHTS into Dreams... co-composer Naofumi Hataya.

Rock duo Psychic Lover created the opening theme “Blaze Out!” featuring vocalist Yoshiyuki YOFFY Wada and guitarist Tatsuhiro IMAJO. The full album is now available for streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited, published by Sega.
