Square Enix has pressed Voice of Cards Trilogy Original Soundtrack on three compact discs. The three series installments are available for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Windows through Steam.

The stylized role-playing game compilation, depicted entirely through the medium of trading cards, features a collaboration between creative director Yoko Taro, NieR series composer Keiichi Okabe, and character designer Kimihiko Fujisaka.

Music from Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars, The Forsaken Maiden, and The Beasts of Burden is composed by Keiichi Okabe, Oliver Good and Shotaro Seo of Monaca. Excerpts of all music tracks are streaming on the official soundtrack website.

Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars is an RPG set in a world of swords and sorcery, told entirely through the medium of cards. The story follows a self proclaimed hero as they set off to slay a recently awakened dragon, presented in the manner of a tabletop RPG and playing out through narration from the gamesmaster.
