Jazz cover album "Square Enix Jazz Vol.2" was pressed to compact disc in December of 2018, featuring twelve arrangements by trombonist Eijiro Nakagawa and bassist Ryu Kawamura of the jazz cover album series.

A trio of arrangements from the album appear on a video compilation mixed by DJ JIN (RHYMESTER), with illustrations and animation by album series cover artist NOVOL, uploaded today to the Square Enix Music YouTube channel. "Encounter with the Seven Heroes" from Romancing SaGa 2 is composed by Kenji Ito. "Song of the Ancients" from NieR Gestalt & Replicant is composed by Keiichi Okabe. "APOCALYPSIS NOCTIS" from Final Fantasy XV is composed by Yoko Shimomura.

The compact disc release of "Square Enix Jazz Vol.2" is available through CDJapan and the Square Enix online store for North America. The digital edition is available for streaming through Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited.
