Victor Entertainment published soundtrack album "Soulcalibur III: Legend of Sounds" in November of 2005, produced by Namco and pressed on two compact discs. The 62-track album is streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited.

Music for the game is composed by sound director Junichi Nakatsuru, in collaboration with sound designers Keiki Kobayashi and Ryuichi Takada, featuring the Masatsugu Shinozaki strings ensemble. The 20th anniversary trailer is streaming on Bandai Namco's YouTube channel.
