Sid Meier's Civilization VII Original Soundtrack playlist launched

Developed by Firaxis Games, Sid Meier's Civilization VII is planned for release in February of 2025, published by 2K. The developers invite players to pursue an immersive solo experience or tackle online multiplayer gameplay.

The strategy game depicts three Ages, with the player selecting a new civilization at the onset of each new Age. The Antiquity Age spans Ancient and Classical eras. The Exploration Age covers the Medieval and Renaissance eras. The Modern Age begins with the Industrial Revolution. Between each Age a crisis event is introduced, influencing following historical events.

Twelve music tracks from the Original Soundtrack playlist are streaming YouTube Music. Roland Rizzo composed "Greece," "Rome," "Maya," and "Aksum" Antiquity Civ Themes, along with "Shola Indians," and "Normans" Exploration Civ Themes. Geoff Knorr composed "Egypt," "Han China," "Khmer," "Maurya India" and "Mississippians" Antiquity Civ Themes along with "Shawnee" and "Chola India" Exploration Civ Themes.

Civilization VII will launch on February 11th for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Series X|S consoles, along with Windows, Mac, and Linux through Steam and the Epic Games Store.
