Take Two-Interactive Software has published Sid Meier's Civilization VII Original Game Soundtrack, available through streaming platforms. Music for the strategy game is composed by Christopher Tin, Geoff Knorr, and Roland Rizzo.

Civilization VII invites players to pursue an immersive solo experience or tackle online multiplayer gameplay. Firaxis Games' latest installment in the long-running franchise depicts three Ages, with the player selecting a new civilization at the onset of each new Age. The Antiquity Age spans Ancient and Classical eras. The Exploration Age covers the Medieval and Renaissance eras. The Modern Age begins with the Industrial Revolution. Between each Age a crisis event is introduced, influencing following historical events.

Sid Meier's Civilization VII has launched for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Series X|S consoles, published by 2K Games. The PC edition for Windows, Mac, and Linux is available through Steam and the Epic Games Store.


Main theme "Live Gloriously" is composed by Christopher Tin. The musician commented via the description of the YouTube upload:
Civ VII's innovative three-act structure inspired me to create a new piece that was actually composed of three separate musical themes (The Iliad, Beowulf, Ramayana), with a fourth text (Popul Vuh) serving as a musical bridge. Together with the Civ VII creative team, we developed the musical concept to align with the game's core narrative concept: that history is a global story of human achievement, and that the lessons of the past can still inspire our lives in the present.
The Original Soundtrack is available for streaming on Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited. Roland Rizzo composed "Greece," "Rome," "Maya," and "Aksum" Antiquity Civ Themes, along with "Shola Indians," and "Normans" Exploration Civ Themes. Geoff Knorr composed "Egypt," "Han China," "Khmer," "Maurya India" and "Mississippians" Antiquity Civ Themes along with "Shawnee" and "Chola India" Exploration Civ Themes.

Sid Meier's Civilization VII VR is planned for release in spring of 2025 for Meta Quest 3 and 3S headsets.
