Fangamer has opened orders for Riven Vinyl Soundtrack, composed by Robyn Miller, available on vinyl for the first time. The two-disc blue-green marbled vinyl set contains thirty music tracks, packaged in full-color inner sleeves and gatefold jacket.

Also included is an 18x22-inch scale-replica foldout poster of the initial Riven game design map, dated May 6th of 1994. The sequel to Myst, set immediately following the events of its predecessor, launched in 1997.

Riven for Sony PlayStation launched on November 30, 1997 in North America. The console port is included with the PlayStation Plus Premium subscription's Classics Catalog, available for PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles.


The Expanded Riven Soundtrack, remastered in 2024, is hosted on the composer's Bandcamp page, with streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited. A video featuring creative team members Rand Miller, Robyn Miller, and Richard Vander Wende can be viewed on the Cyan Worlds YouTube channel.

The modern 3D remake of Riven, developed for both standard and VR modes, will launch for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation VR2 on May 19th. The remake is currently available for Windows PC and Mac through Steam and GOG, along with Meta Quest 2 & 3 VR platforms.
