Ubisoft has published the soundtrack from the Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown story DLC, entitled "Mask of Darkness." The eight-track EP from Sargon's darkest quest yet is composed by Ori series composer Gareth Coker and Iranian-born songwriter Mentrix.

The action-adventure game by Ubisoft Montpellier challenges players to utilize warrior protagonist Sargon's Time Powers. Sidescrolling gameplay harkens back to the roots of the long-running game franchise, while also integrating Metroidvania elements rewarding exploration. The player character's platforming skills can be utilized to solve puzzles, find hidden treasures, and defeat mythological creatures across intricately detailed 2.5D biomes.

The 41-track soundtrack is streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited, published by Ubisoft Music. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is available for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Series X|S consoles, along with Windows through Steam and the Epic Games Store.
