The Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight, Persona 4: Dancing All Night and Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight vinyl soundtrack bundle is back in stock at publisher iam8bit. Preorders have opened at distributor Black Screen Records in Europe.

Retailer Play-Asia stocks the physical release of the "Persona Dancing P3D & P5D" soundtrack album. Pressed to two compact discs by publisher Victor Entertainment, the soundtrack includes music from PlayStation 4 and PS Vita rhythm titles Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight. Both installments incorporate VR mode for viewing individual character models and their dance moves.


Persona Dancing is one instance of the franchise's convention of spinning off non-canonical sequels, exploring different gameplay genres. Examples include sprite-based fighting game Persona 4 Arena and hack-and-slash Persona 5 Strikers. As with the storyline of the portable Persona Q series, all the characters' memories of the dancing tournaments are erased upon completion of the game, rendering the events essentially imaginary.

Source material is composed by Shoji Meguro, Ryota Kozuka and Atsushi Kitajoh. Guest musicians arranging songs from Persona 3 include Hideki Naganuma (Jet Set Radio), Yuu Miyake (Katamari Damacy) and Toshiki Konishi (Shin Megami Tensei IV). Vocals are by Yumi Kawamura, Lotus Juice, Shihoko Hirata, Tomoko Komiya, and Lyn.

The digital editions of the Persona Dancing trilogy soundtracks are streaming on Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited.
