Atlus role-playing game Persona 5 Royal for PS4 and PlayStation 5 joins the PlayStation Plus Extra catalog on Tuesday, March 17th. Ultimate Edition for PS4 will be included in PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium catalogs the same day, including the DLC Pack, Battle Bundle, and Persona Bundle downloadable content.

Royal introduces additional story and gameplay content, interwoven with the events depicted in the original Persona 5 release, culminating in an entirely new school semester serving as a coda to the story. Kasumi Yoshizawa and Takuto Maruki are new characters who serve as confidant to protagonist Joker, allowing him to visit new locales like Kichijōji. Jose now shows up in Mementos and can trade stat-boosts for flower icons collected within the subterranean dungeon.


The Original Soundtrack is streaming on YouTube Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited, published by Atlus Game Music. The physical edition ships domestically from distributor Playasia, featuring music composed by Shoji Meguro, Toshiki Konishi, Atsushi Kitajoh, and Kenichi Tsuchiya.

Opening movie theme "Colors Flying High" is hosted on YouTube, featuring vocals by Lyn Inaizumi. Persona 5 Royal is also available for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Series X|S consoles. The PC edition is on Steam, verified for use with the Steam Deck.
