Bandai Namco posts Once Upon A Katamari launch trailer
Once Upon A Katamari by Bandai Namco Games has launched for Windows and consoles. The King of All Sounds Edition includes the base game, 60 music tracks from past series entries, and 26 classic costumes.

The latest installment in the Katamari Damacy action-puzzle game series invites players to follow the Prince through different historical eras, collecting objects across the Jurassic period, Ice Age, and historic Japan.


Music for the game is composed by Yuu Miyake, Taku Inoue, AJURIKA, Shogo Nomura, mifumei, Asuka Sakai, Yoshihito Yano, Mei Osawa, and Mitsuhiro Kitadani, with Monaca studio composers Shotaro Seo, Keiichi Hirokawa, Kakeru Ishihama, Oliver Good, and Satoru Kōsaki. Opening theme "Katamari Time!" is composed and arranged by Yuu Miyake, and performed by chelmico.

"Suisei Biyori" by Nomura is performed by suis from Yorushika. “Kokon-Tozai Katamari-Doucyu" by Seo is performed by Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin featured vocalist Saya Asakura. "Prince of Weakness" by AJURIKA is performed by Kenji Niinuma. All three music videos are streaming on the Bandai Namco YouTube channel.

Once Upon A Katamari is available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows through Steam. Bandai Namco Game Music will publish Once Upon A Katamari Original Soundtrack on December 17th, shipping on three compact discs. The digital soundtrack will debut first, scheduled for release on November 13th.
