Champions of the Continent soundtrack album Vol.3 announced
Publisher Square Enix has announced a third volume in the Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent soundtrack series, scheduled for release on October 14th in Japan. The compact disc publication features additional music by series composer Yasunori Nishiki from the role-playing game for iOS and Android devices.

Preorders have opened at distributor CDJapan for the 18-track album. Champions of the Continent introduces players to a new storyline set in Octopath Traveler's continent of Orsterra. Employing the HD-2D graphical methodology, the mobile title enhances 2D pixel art with 3D computer graphics effects to depict stylized environments and classic turn-based battles.

Excerpts of all music tracks from Champions of the Continent Vol.1 and Vol.2 are streaming on digital music store Ototoy and the official album website.
