Preorders open for Katamari Fortissimo Damacy vinyl soundtrack
Bandai Namco Game Music has scheduled Katamari Fortissimo Damacy vinyl soundtrack for release on December 17th in Japan. The 2xLP set, pressed on black vinyl, sports new cover art by game director Keita Takahashi.

In addition to popular favorites like “Katamari on the Rocks” and “The Na-Na Song,” the album also includes trial-only bonus track "Katamari on the Rocks (Beta Version for Trial)." Preorders are open at distributors Arcline Store and Cartridge Thunder in the United States and PixelCrib in Australia.

The whimsical puzzle-action game Katamari Damacy launched for the PlayStation 2 console in March of 2004. The compact disc release of the soundtrack album, "Katamari Fortissimo Damacy," followed in May of that year, published by Columbia Music Entertainment. Music is by sound director Yuu Miyake, in collaboration with Akitaka Tohyama aka AJURIKA, Yoshihito Yano, and Hiroshi Okubo, among other artists.

Bandai Namco's Katamari Damacy REROLL debuted in 2018, adding completely recreated cutscenes and revamped controls. The remaster is available for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Series X|S, PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles. The Windows PC edition is on Steam, verified for use with the Steam Deck.
