Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered launch trailer premieres

Guerrilla Games has published Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, developed in collaboration with Nixxes Software. The enhanced port for Windows and PlayStation 5, the revamped edition includes The Frozen Wilds content.

Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered incorporates over 10 hours of re-recorded dialog, along with revised motion capture, and graphical improvements. Studio director Jan-Bart van Beek, speaking with the PlayStation Blog, outlined audio design changes from revamped sound mix, to support for Tempest 3D Audio Tech2 and Atmos rendering.

The remaster includes native support for PlayStation 5 Pro consoles, while the Windows edition is compatible with ultra-wide resolutions together with other high-end performance features.

Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe previously published the four-disc Horizon Zero Dawn vinyl soundtrack, selecting 74 handpicked tracks from the action role-playing game. Music is by Joe Henson and Alexis Smith of The Flight, Joris De Man, Niels Van Der Leest, and the Guerrilla Games Audio Team.

Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition is currently available for PlayStation 4, Windows through Steam and the Epic Games Store. The base game and Frozen Wilds soundtracks are streaming on YouTube Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited.
