Developed by the Tokyo-based studio Toylogic, Foamstars launched in early February exclusively for PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles.

The 4v4 online shooter taking place in Bath Vegas features a vibrant cast of colorful characters participating in the Foamsmash tournament, where they compete to fill terrain with brightly colored foam. With a combination of player-versus-player and player-versus-environment modes, Foamstars aims to cater to both casual and completive players.

Foamstars Game Soundtrack is now available on for streaming on Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited, published by Square Enix. Composed by members of music director Keiichi Okabe's production studio MONACA, the 37-track album contains an eclectic collection of genres, ranging from EDM, house, acid jazz, smooth jazz, and electro swing.

Contributing composers include Soul Hackers 2 co-composers Shotaro Seo, Oliver Good, Keigo Hoashi, Keita Inoue, and Kuniyuki Takahashi. Vocal tracks feature performances by J'Nique Nicole, Michael-Christopher Koji Fox, and Eric Fukusaki.
