Final Fantasy VII video soundtrack premieres on YouTube Music
The latest installment in the Square Enix video soundtrack series streaming on YouTube Music centers on Final Fantasy VII for Sony PlayStation.

Celebrating the 26th anniversary of the role-playing game's launch in Japan, Square Enix posted music playlists dedicated to prominent Final Fantasy VII characters. Playlists dedicated to Cloud, Tifa, Aerith, Red XIII, Barret and Sephiroth are streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube Music streaming services. Additional playlists pair together Yuffie and Cait Sith themes, as well as The Turks personnel themes.

The compilations source their music tracks from Nobuo Uematsu's score for the PlayStation title, along with the Final Fantasy VII Remake score, the Brass de Bravo arrangement albums, Square Enix Jazz cover album, and Acoustic Arrangements.

From the Steam product page:
In Midgar, a city controlled by the mega-conglomerate Shinra Inc., the No. 1 Mako Reactor has been blown up by a rebel group, AVALANCHE. AVALANCHE was secretly formed to wage a rebellion against Shinra Inc., an organisation which is absorbing Mako energy, destroying the natural resources of the planet. Cloud, a former member of Shinra's elite combat force, SOLDIER, was involved with the bombing of the Mako Reactor. Can Cloud and AVALANCHE protect the planet from the huge, formidable enemy, Shinra Inc.?
