Atlus has published Baroque Soundtrack from the remake for PlayStation 2 and Nintendo Wii, composed by Shigeki Hayashi. Main character design for the roguelike role-playing game is by Sting artist Hyôju Mû of Yggdra Union and Knights in the Nightmare.

Developer Sting Entertainment ported the 1998 Sega Saturn release of Baroque to the Nintendo Switch console in 2020, featuring music composed by Treasure Hunter G co-composer Masaharu Iwata. The port included the opening cinematics from the PlayStation 2 and Nintendo Wii editions.

The 30-track Baroque Soundtrack by Sting Sound Team is available for streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music Unlimited.
