Vertigo Games posts Arizona Sunshine release date trailer
Vertigo Games has posted the release date trailer, titled “Meet Your New Best Friend,” for Arizona Sunshine. The third-person perspective adaptation of the story and brutal gameplay found in Arizona Sunshine VR 2 will launch for PC and consoles on January 21, 2027.

The zombie apocalypse shooter features online and split-screen two-player cooperative play. Protagonist Sunny can wield a variety of familiar and all-new weapons in firefights against the undead, from shotguns and machetes to flamethrowers. For the first time in co-op, players can control loyal, zombie-hunting German Shepherd, Buddy.

Music is by The 7th Guest VR composer Jonathan van den Wijngaarden. The Arizona Sunshine 2 Limited Edition Cassette, highlighting a music selection from the score, can be purchased via the musician's Bandcamp page. The full digital soundtrack is available in MP3 and FLAC file formats, with streaming on Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited.

Arizona Sunshine will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2, along with Windows PCs through Steam and the Epic Games Store. Arizona Sunshine Remake is currently available for PlayStation VR2, Meta Quest, and SteamVR platforms.
