Yuka Kitamura scores survival third-person shooter Anomalith
FURYU Corporation, the developers of Reynatis, posted a story trailer for upcoming survival third-person shooter Anomalith. The gameplay preview includes Japanese-language voice acting, subtitled in English.

In an alternate history scenario, Anomaly Zones are erupting within Japan. These dangerous spaces upend the laws of nature, inverting gravity and twisting hallways into strange shapes. The government-backed Anomaly Zone Countermeasures Office, stylized after a pre-war Showa-era aesthetic, recruits 'Divers' to investigate.

Seventeen-year-old protagonist Reona Minazuki joins the organization in hopes of retrieving her missing friend Arisa. Once inside the Zones, she must engage in battle with creatures known as "Anomalies," all while managing limited ammo and deciding which artifacts to bring back for extraction.

The sci-fi scenario is by Romeo Tanaka, with character design by MON. Music is composed by Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice co-composer Yuka Kitamura. For the main theme, the musician also oversaw the vocals and lyrics.

Anomalith will launch on October 29th for Windows PC through Steam, along with Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5 consoles.
