Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana will launch for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles on January 7th of 2025, published by Xseed Games. The release date trailer can be viewed on the publisher's YouTube channel.

The remaster for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles allows for the three background music options—original, PC-8801, and X68000—remastered in high-quality audio. Ys Memoire also allows for toggling between “Refined” character illustrations and their classic variants.

The limited edition Refined Collection by Marvelous USA bundles the physical edition with four postcards and a 14-track compilation soundtrack on compact disc. Nihon Falcom's Original Soundtrack is hosted on streaming platforms, including the original, PC-8801, and X68000 music scores. The album includes a total of 102 music tracks, with a runtime of five hours.

French publisher Wayô Records pressed the Oath In Felghana soundtrack album from the Windows and PlayStation Portable editions on purple and red marble colored vinyl. The three-disc vinyl set also ships from distributors Fangamer in Tucson and Light in the Attic in Seattle.
