Record label Respawned Records has opened orders for the World of Goo vinyl soundtrack album, pressed to "gooey green" and "transparent black" variants. Orders are scheduled to ship the first week of June.

Developed by 2D Boy, World of Goo is available for smartphones, Nintendo Switch, and Windows, Mac and Linux through Steam and GOG. The puzzle game soundtrack is composed by Kyle Gabler, whose influences include Danny Elfman, Vangelis, Bernard Herrmann, Hans Zimmer and Ennio Morricone.

World of Goo's digital soundtrack can be purchased on Steam and previewed via the musician's SoundCloud channel. The label's previous vinyl publications include the Banjo Kazooie: Re-Jiggyed arrangement album and TrickStyle soundtrack.
