Croteam has announced The Talos Principle: Reawakened, anoverhauled remaster of the 2014 puzzle game, rebuilt in Unreal Engine 5 for enhanced lighting, textures, and environmental design.

The Talos Principle: Reawakened is planned for release early in 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles, together with Windows through Steam, published by Devolver Digital. The remaster includes the "Road to Gehenna" expansion and all-new chapter, "In the Beginning," exploring the origins of the Simulation. Also included is a versatile Puzzle Editor.

The Talos Principle is currently available for Windows, Mac and Linux through Steam, smartphones, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Music is composed by Damjan Mravunac. Inspired by philosophical science fiction novels, the scenario written by Tom Jubert and Jonas Kyratzes depicts the story of a robot navigating a series of armed security systems.
