Wayô Records in France has opened preorders for The Story of Thor Collector Vinyl. The two-disc analog record release features music from Beyond Oasis, composed by Yûzô Koshiro.

Developed by Ancient, action-adventure game The Story of Thor launched for the Sega Mega Drive console in December of 1994 in Japan. Sega published the English-language localization, titled "Beyond Oasis" in North America, in March of the following year.

Pressed on two marbled discs inserted in a gatefold sleeve, The Story of Thor Collector Vinyl Edition includes the entire 34-track score, recorded from a Sega Mega Drive console to obtain optimum sound quality. The album ships with an illustrated 12-page booklet, with a shikishi designed by artist Hitoshi Ariga. Preorders have opened at distributor Black Screen Records in Europe.

An eighteen-minute crossfade trailer is streaming on Wayô Records' YouTube channel. The digital soundtrack can be previewed on the Apple Music subscription platform.
