The 27-track digital soundtrack album is by Silent Hill series composer Akira Yamaoka and Layers of Fear series composer Arkadiusz Reikowski, featuring vocal tracks by Mary E. McGlynn, Troy Baker and Liz Katrin. Additional synth programming for the album is by Matthias Adloff.
A behind-the-scenes video titled "Music of the Spirit World" can be viewed on developer Bloober Team's YouTube channel. The Original Game Soundtrack is available for purchase through Bandcamp and Steam in MP3 and FLAC file formats.
The third-person psychological horror game is available for Windows through Steam, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 consoles.
