Namco published the first installment in the Tales of role-playing game series 27 years ago, on this date. To celebrate, the newly founded Bandai Namco Games Music label has published the digital soundtracks for multiple installments in the franchise.

Tales of Destiny 2 for PlayStation 2 launched in Japan on November 28th of 2002. Co-developed by Wolfteam and Telenet Japan, the action RPG serves as a direct continuation of the story of Tales of Destiny. A PlayStation Portable port followed in 2007.

The digital soundtrack for Tales of Destiny 2 is now available for streaming online through YouTube Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited. The 114-track soundtrack is composed by Motoi Sakuraba and Shinji Tamura.

A 25th-anniversary tribute video can be viewed on Bandai Namco Europe's YouTube channel. Digital soundtracks for Tales of the Abyss, Tales of Vesperia, and Tales of Graces are scheduled for publication on December 22nd.
