System Shock remake arrives on Nintendo Switch & Switch 2 consoles
Nightdive Studio's System Shock remake has launched for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 consoles. The first-person science fiction title features all-new HD visuals, updated controls, and up-to-date sound design, while retaining the original voice actor of SHODAN, Terri Brosius.

The Official Soundtrack from the 2023 edition is hosted on the developer's Bandcamp page and Steam, composed and produced by Jonathan Peros. Arrangement is by Jeffrey Brice, with mixing and mastering by Sanford Parker, and album design by Mark Dusk.


Nightdive Waves' remastered soundtrack is streaming on Spotify. Published in 2020, the album includes the 1994 score by Greg LoPiccolo and Tim Ries, along with remastered variations by Peros.

System Shock (2023) previously launched for PS4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Series X|S consoles, including a fully reworked finale. The PC edition for Windows is hosted on Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store. A separate Deep Dive with Terri and Eric Brosius provides background on sound design for the science fiction franchise.
