Stardew Valley for PS4 joins PlayStation Plus monthly games of September
Stardew Valley for PS4 joins the PlayStation Plus monthly games lineup on September 2nd. The farm life simulation game launched in 2016 for Windows through Steam, developed by Eric Barone, aka ConcernedApe.

The player takes on the role of a farmer who has inherited a plot of land located in rural Pelican Town. Stardew Valley comes to life as the farmer raises livestock, cooks, crafts and fishes, while also exploring procedurally-generated caves.

Fangamer published the 1.4 & 1.5 version update soundtrack vinyl LP, composed by ConcernedApe and with art by Kari Fry. The album contains 23 music tracks from the expansion. The version update albums are available for streaming separately through Spotify.

Stardew Valley is also available for Xbox One and Nintendo Switch consoles. The personal computer edition, available for Windows, Mac and Linux through Steam and GOG, is verified for use with the Steam Deck.

From the PlayStation product page:
You’ve inherited your grandfather’s old farm plot in Stardew Valley. Armed with hand-me-down tools and a few coins, you set out to begin your new life. Can you learn to live off the land and turn these overgrown fields into a thriving home? It won’t be easy. Ever since Joja Corporation came to town, the old ways of life have all but disappeared. The community center, once the town’s most vibrant hub of activity, now lies in shambles. But the valley seems full of opportunity. With a little dedication, you might just be the one to restore Stardew Valley to greatness!
