#SQkawaii Sounds Final Fantasy Vinyl LP planned for release in January
Square Enix has announced the #SQkawaii Sounds Final Fantasy Vinyl LP, scheduled for release on January 6, 2027 in Japan. The album selects 16 Kawaii future bass arrangements from the CD publication, treating role-playing game melodies to sparkling synths and light beats. The clear pink vinyl LP ships with a download code with MP3 files.

The full 20-track album, published last year, ships on compact disc from the Square Enix store for Europe. A preview EP is available for streaming on Apple Music, YouTube Music, Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited, reinterpreting Final Fantasy series themes "Castle Cornelia," "Battle at the Big Bridge," "Moogle Theme," "Streets of Rabanastre," and "Find the Flame."

The Pre-release Selection / 3LOOP video can be viewed on the publisher's YouTube channel. Cover illustration is by Square Enix character designer Yasuhiro Izumisawa.
