Mixing stealth, exploration and puzzle gameplay, the independently developed title takes place in an abandoned underwater research facility. Music is by Finnish composer Mikko Tarmia of Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
The 24-track soundtrack album is streaming on YouTube Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited. The release trailer can be viewed on Abylight's YouTube channel, while a behind-the-scenes, narrated by the composer, is streaming on the developer's channel.
Soma is also available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, along with Windows, Mac and Linux through Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store. On Nintendo Switch 2, players can enjoy "improved resolution, with a more stable refresh rate, better textures and reduced loading times. It also benefits from the handheld console's screen, offering greater sharpness."
