Spacelab9 pressed the Rush N’ Attack soundtrack on "rapid fire red," "green beret camo" and "tiger stripe" 7-inch vinyl variants, beginning in 2020. Music is by Konami Kukeiha Club members Masanori "Nanda" Adachi, Iku Mizutani, Shinya "Rusher" Sakamoto and Satoe Terashima (Hevimeta Satoe), with sound design by Kyouhei Sada (Chary Sadakichi).
Music from Green Beret is bundled with soundtracks from Contra, Super C, and Final Command: Akai Yousai (Jackal) in "Music From Konami Antiques" Vinyl Vol.4. The analog record ships from distributor Playasia.
Arcade Archives Rush'n Attack is available for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, published by Hamster Corporation. The digital soundtrack is streaming on Apple Music and Amazon Music Unlimited in Japan.
