Commemorating the 25th anniversary of the horror game franchise, Laced Records of London published the vinyl soundtrack album, pressed on audiophile-quality, heavyweight 180-gram black discs. The digital edition and "Best Track Collection" are streaming on Spotify and Apple Music.
Music for the survival horror game is composed by Brian D'Oliveira (Shadow of the Tomb Raider), Cris Velasco (Darksiders), and Miwako Chinone (Monster Hunter Explore), in addition to Satoshi Hori, Akiyuki Morimoto, Michael A. Levine and Jordan Reyne.
The Gold Edition for Windows is hosted on Steam, verified for use with the Steam Deck. Owners of the PS4 and Xbox One editions can upgrade to visually enhanced PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S editions at no additional cost, supporting 4K resolution, improved framerate, and 3D audio.
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard also previously launched via the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
