Resident Evil 4 Gold Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 will launch on October 16th. The expanded edition of the survival horror title includes the base game, the Separate Ways downloadable contents, and bonus items pack.

Capcom's remake of 2005's third-person survival horror title was built from the ground up in the RE Engine, seeking to preserves the essence of the well-regarded original, while modernizing gameplay and visual design. Music is by Kota Suzuki, Nozomi Ohmoto, Shusaku Uchiyama, Misao Senbongi, and other artists.

The full eighty-track soundtrack is hosted on Steam, with streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited. The Original Soundtrack crossfade trailer can be viewed on the Resident Evil YouTube channel.

Resident Evil 4 Gold Edition is currently available for Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles, supporting PlayStation VR2. The Windows PC edition is on Steam, verified for use with the Steam Deck. Resident Evil 4 (2023) is also available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 17.0, and on Mac with Apple Silicon running macOS 13.
