Steam Next Fest demo debuts for stress-free restoration game Reshine
Coinciding with the launch of Steam Next Fest, the Reshine demo is now available through Steam. Independent developer Quite OK Games presents three worn objects for players to restore, representing the quality and direction of the overall game scheduled for release in late November.

The stress-free restoration game invites the player to a cozy attic environment to refurbish beloved vintage objects, with a focus on simple and intuitive controls, minimalistic UI, and straightforward presentation. Reshine will launch on November 26th for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PCs via Steam.

According to composer Kevin Colombin (Kounine), "When I start working on the soundtrack, one thing was really clear—we want the music to feel relaxing. In Reshine, you are restoring old objects in peaceful little workshop, giving them a second life. So jazz immediately feel like the perfect fit."

Pre-saves on streaming platforms will be available for the Original Soundtrack by Kounine, featuring Thibaut Hubreght on saxophone and Willy Bracoud on trumpet. A behind-the-scenes featurette on the game's melodic jazz music can be viewed on the composer's YouTube channel.

From the Steam product page:
Gently restore old objects by cleaning away layers of dust, rust, and time. Reshine is a minimalistic, relaxing experience: use a range of tools to watch years of grime disappear before your eyes. No management, no pressure - just you and the satisfaction of bringing vintage treasures back to life.
