Atlus published Sega Saturn action role-playing game Princess Crown in December of 1997. The directorial debut of Vanillaware founder George Kamitani was ported to the PlayStation Portable console in 2005.
Development began independently before joining Atlus Osaka studio, serving as a spiritual predecessor to Vanillaware titles Odin Sphere and Dragon's Crown. Music for the game is by Toshikazu Tanaka of the Studio Aqua sound team in collaboration with Atlus Sound Team.
Princess Crown Soundtrack is now available through Spotify and Apple Music streaming platforms, courtesy of Atlus and record label SuperSweep's Game Music Discovery Series.
