Published in 2003 through DigiCube, Piano Collections Final Fantasy VII arranges thirteen tracks from the PlayStation role-playing game. All music is composed by Nobuo Uematsu and arranged by Shiro Hamaguchi.

The acoustic arrangement album includes the main theme of the game, in addition to character themes for Tifa and Aerith. Also included are "Cinco de Chocobo," "Ahead On Our Way," "Those Who Fight," "Cosmo Canyon," "Gold Saucer," "Farm Boy," "Rufus' Welcoming Ceremony," "J-E-N-O-V-A," "One-Winged Angel," and "Descendant of Shinobi."

The influential 1997 role-playing game was recently ported to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. The digital soundtrack is available for streaming on the Spotify and Apple Music. The Final Fantasy VII music blu-ray Revival Disc ships from the Square Enix store for North America. Two crossfade trailers for the Blu-ray disc release can be viewed on the publisher's YouTube channel.
