Record label iam8bit has opened preorders for the Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis Original Soundtrack, pressed on double vinyl. Orders have also opened for the Persona 3 Reload vinyl soundtrack reprint. Both albums also ship from distributor PixelCrib in Australia.

The Episode Aigis Original Soundtrack debuted on compact disc in September of 2024. The 21-track album ships from distributor CDJapan, with liner notes by Persona 3 Reload composer Atsushi Kitajoh and Episode Aigis composer Ryota Kozuka.

The album is streaming on YouTube Music, Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited. Developed by Atlus, the turn-based role-playing game features arrangements of original music composed by Shoji Meguro. Opening movie theme "Disconnected" is performed by vocalists Azumi Takahashi and Lotus Juice.

Persona 4 Reload and "Episode Aigis: The Answer" expansion DLC are available for PS4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Series X|S consoles, along with Windows through Steam, verified for use with the Steam Deck.
