Episode 5 of the "Inside Final Fantasy VII Rebirth" video series offers a behind-the-scenes perspective on the making of vocal track "No Promises to Keep." Commentary is provided by arranger and synthesizer programmer Tsutomu Narita, scenarist Kazushige Nojima, and creative director Tetsuya Nomura.

Sony Music Japan uploaded the theme song to the label's YouTube channel in March, composed by Nobuo Uematsu and featuring vocalist Loren Allred. The 12-inch vinyl and compact disc ship from distributor CDJapan.

The Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Orchestral Arrangement Album debuted in late August, performed by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Hirofumi Kurita. A special talk session (Nobuo Uematsu×Kazushige Nojima×Tetsuya Nomura) can be viewed on the publisher's YouTube channel.

The Original Soundtrack and Special Edit Limited Edition also ship from the Square Enix store for North America, along with distributors CDJapan and Play-Asia.
