Inspired by Zachtronics' engineering puzzle games, Neon Noodles - Cyberpunk Kitchen Automation by Semispheres developer Vivid Helix launched earlier this month for Windows, Mac, and Linux through Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.

In development since 2019, Neon Noodles invites players to design intricate automations using programmable chefs, creating recipes from around the world consisting of hundreds of unique ingredients. The gameplay is presented within a cyberpunk story, where a cast of intriguing clients challenge the player to automate robots through an intuitive record-and-replay system.

The 37-track soundtrack, composed by Out There: Omega Edition composer Siddhartha Barnhoorn, based in The Netherlands, is now available through the musician's Bandcamp page. The album complements the various recipes with regional instruments, like the shakuhachi for Asia and percussion from Africa. An excerpt is streaming on SoundCloud.
