Upbeat stage themes, blending reggae, soul, and R&B influences, incorporates vocals in an invented a fictional language. Music is composed by Kemmei Adachi, Nobuyuki Shimizu, and Kouji Niikura.
In 2020, Fangamer published the limited edition two-disc analog record set, pressed on vibrant yellow and pink vinyl, with original art by mushbuh. LocoRoco Remastered is currently available for PlayStation 4 consoles with 1080p resolution.
