Evolutionary life simulation game L.O.L. Lack of Love launched exclusively in Japan for the Sega Dreamcast console in November of 2000, developed by Love-de-Lic and directed by Kenichi Nishi.
Yellow Magic Orchestra band member Ryuichi Sakamoto served as scenario writer and soundtrack composer for the atmospheric game score. Coinciding with the release of the Dreamcast title, Warner Music Japan distributed the soundtrack on compact disc, with art direction and design by frequent collaborator Hideki Nakajima.
The thirteen-track L.O.L. Lack of Love digital soundtrack is available for streaming on Apple Music, YouTube Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited.
