Hades II Original Soundtrack premieres, composed by Darren Korb
Developed by Supergiant Games, Hades II has launched for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 consoles. The v1.0 update for Windows and Mac is hosted on Steam and the Epic Games Store, verified for use with the Steam Deck.

Supergiant Games' Greg Kasavin was joined by Amir Rao and Darren Korb for Nintendo's Creator's Voice behind-the-scenes. Rooted in Greek myth, the direct sequel builds on the roguelike action role-playing gameplay of the original. Princess of the Underworld Melinoë, sister of Hades protagonist Zagreus, invokes the assistance of fully-voiced Olympian Gods in a bid to defeat Chronos, the Titan of Time.

The Original Soundtrack by composer Darren Korb is published via Bandcamp, Steam and the Epic Games Store, with streaming on YouTube Music. The full four-hour soundtrack and gameplay showcase are now available for viewing on the developer's YouTube channel.

The musician has collaborated with Sword of the Sea composer Austin Wintory on massively orchestral music for the soundtrack, recorded at Abbey Road Studios. Vocal performances are by Erin Yvette, Ashley Barrett and Judy Alice Lee, with saxophone by Sam Gendel and flute performed by Josh Plotner. Mastering is by Hans DeKline.
