Developed by Playground Games, Forza Horizon 6 is set in a stylized representation of Tokyo, Japan and surrounding regions—from urban streets to coastal expressways. The open-world biomes are inspired by Tokyo City, Kyushu, and the Kanto region.

Published by Microsoft Studios Music, Forza Horizon 6 Original Soundtrack EP is streaming on Apple Music and Spotify. Excerpts from the album appeared in the "Official Initial Drive Gameplay" uploaded in early April. Music is by SHIMA, Urbandawn, Milk Talk, and TANTRON x Minami Nakamura.


Preorders have opened for the vinyl and digital editions of Forza Horizon 6: Hospital Soundtrack, produced by drum'n bass tastemakers at Hospital Records. Appearing on the in-game radio station, the UK label's 24-track soundtrack is scheduled for release on July 24th. "Hoax, So What, Dynamite MC - Thread The Needle" and "Logistics - Hyperspace" are previewed on Bandcamp.

"A masterclass in tension and release," reads the album description, "‘Hyperspace’ is textbook Logistics in the best way - melodic synth hooks, intensifying build-ups and blissful drops coalesce in harmony." Also featured on the album is a collaboration with the artist's brother, "Nu:Logic - Chromium."

Forza Horizon 6 for Xbox Series X|S is included with Game Pass Ultimate. The PlayStation 5 edition is scheduled for launch later this year. The Windows PC edition is hosted on Steam, verified for use with the Steam Deck.
