Arranged music from Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is now included in the Square Enix Music video soundtrack series on YouTube Music. The video playlist originates from the Music Blu-ray disc published in July of 2017 in Japan.

Newly recorded background music from the role-playing game is by Hitoshi Sakimoto, Masaharu Iwata, and Hayato Matsuo—with Keiji Kawamori serving as music coordinator. A brief soundtrack trailer is streaming on the publisher's YouTube channel.


An audio-only digital edition of the soundtrack, spanning 99 music tracks, is hosted on Steam, with streaming on Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited. "Demo Movie," "Final Fantasy," "Victory Fanfare," "Chocobo Theme," and "Battle on the Big Bridge" feature composition by Nobuo Uematsu.

Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is available for Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One consoles. The Windows PC edition is on Steam, verified for use with the Steam Deck. Character design is by Akihiko Yoshida.
