Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions mobile receives 2.6.0 update
Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions for iOS and Android devices has received the 2.6.0 version update, available via the App Stores for iPhone and iPad, and Google Play.

The latest patch introduces increased frame rate targeting 60 frames per second, added game controller support, an on/off toggle for fast-forward to increase gameplay speed. In addition, Battle UI improvements have been implemented in the form of camera controls grouped on the right side of the screen to select between a rotate mode to rotate the view of the battlefield and a pan mode to scan the field without rotating the angle.

Turn-based strategy title Final Fantasy Tactics debuted on the Sony PlayStation home console in 1997. Produced by Hironobu Sakaguchi and directed by Yasumi Matsuno, Final Fantasy Tactics combines the monster design and job system from Final Fantasy series installments with the political intrigue and strategic combat of Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen and Tactics Ogre.

"The War of the Lions" debuted in May of 2007 in Japan for the PlayStation Portable. The iOS port for iPhone/iPod touch launched in 2011, followed by an iPad app in 2012, and the Android release in 2013. The digital soundtrack composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto and Masaharu Iwata, spanning 71 music tracks, is available via major streaming platforms.
