Set in the post-apocalyptic Commonwealth, an irradiated wasteland located in Massachusetts, the story follows the Sole Survivor emerging from Vault 111 two centuries after the Great War. The Original Game Soundtrack, published in November of 2015, is streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited.
Composer Inon Zur joined the Game Music Ensemble at UCLA's Schoenberg Hall to perform the main theme in 2019, with a recording uploaded to the composer's YouTube channel. A solo piano rendition from 2015 can also be viewed on the channel.
Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition is also available for PS4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles, published by Bethesda Softworks. The free next-gen upgrade patch implements 60 FPS gameplay with ultra-widescreen support. The Windows edition is hosted on Steam, GOG.com, and the Epic Games Store, verified for use with the Steam Deck.
