The score for Esper Dream was composed by Kinuyo Yamashita after the composer completed work on Castlevania. The top-down action role-playing game launched for the Family Computer Disk System on February 20th of 1987.
Esper Dream 2 followed in 1992, featuring music by Mega Man composer Manami Matsumae and Konami Wai Wai World co-composer Shigemasa Matsuo. Both soundtrack albums are streaming on Apple Music and Amazon Music Unlimited in Japan.
The "Music in Konami Antiques" compact disc box set, containing game scores from 44 Nintendo Famicom titles, ships domestically from distributors CDJapan and Play-Asia.
