Developer City Connection's enhanced port supports local multiplayer play, with Japanese or English-language text. Added features include rewind function, quick save & load, an optional bonus to increases the number of cards rewarded at the end of each match, and an option to display your opponent's hand on-screen.

Culdcept The First for Windows PC will launch tomorrow through Steam. Save data from the free demo, previewing one stage from the Story Mode and Versus Mode, carries over to the full release of the game.

From the Steam product page:
Players become "Cepter" who wield cards, heading into battle with a self-constructed 50-card "Book" (deck). Move across the map guided by the roll of the dice and summon creatures using cards on the spaces where you land. Any land where you place a creature becomes your territory. By using Spell Cards, you can manipulate dice rolls, support your creatures, or sabotage your rivals.
