Call of Duty: Black Ops II launched for PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles
Developed by Treyarch and ported by Iron Galaxy Studios, Call of Duty: Black Ops II has launched for PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles. The Season Pass includes all four DLC packs, including the Origins zombies map from the Apocalypse downloadable content.

Black Ops II debuted in November of 2012, delivering a branching, non-linear campaign. The setting hops between the Cold War era and the near-future battlefield of 2025, ushering in drones, cyber warfare, and robotics.

Music for the first-person shooter's core campaign is composed by Jack Wall. Additional contributions to the Apocalypse content are composed by Brian Tuey and Kevin Sherwood.

"Theme from Call of Duty: Black Ops II" is by Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails. A behind the scenes can be viewed on the Call of Duty YouTube channel.

For a recording sessions video, streaming on the developer's YouTube channel, Treyarch senior sound designer Kevin Sherwood spoke on the collaboration with drummer Darren Cesca on "Archangel" from the Origins score.

Call of Duty: Black Ops II is also available for Xbox One and Series X|S consoles via backward compatibility, along with Windows PC through Steam and Battle.net. The Original Game Soundtrack and Origins expansion themes are streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music Unlimited, published by Activision.
